Returns
We are 100% confident that you will love your Sleepies! If, however, you aren't 100% pleased or you have changed your mind, we will be happy to offer you an exchange for another garment of the same price or credit you with a refund. Items that you wish to exchange or get a refund must take place within 7 days of receiving the items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately personalised / customised / printed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, you can contact us at sleepies@pajamamart.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If a second return/exchange is requested on the same item, we charge R75 for a return that leads to a refund and R150 for an exchange. This is purely to cover the courier costs.
**Items purchased on sale, promotion or discount may be exchanged, but the cost of delivery and collection will be for your account.
Exchanges
In the event that you choose a replacement garment, we will arrange the collection of the unwanted item and will schedule delivery of the new item once we receive the item to be exchanged. Pajama Mart will carry the costs of delivery and collection of any items exchanged.
Items purchased on sale or promotion may be exchanged, but the cost of delivery and collection will be for your account.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the purchase price of the returned item on your original payment method. We unfortunately do not refund delivery costs paid on items returned for a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that as tempting as it may be to fall asleep in your new SLEEPIES, we can only offer returns on items that are clean, unused and in their original packaging.
